A deposit starts it. The balance lands at launch.
Full builds are not financed. The terms are fixed in writing before work starts.

40% to start, 60% at launch
A deposit books the build; the balance is due when the site goes live. This applies to Launch, Growth, and Commerce builds.

Starter and care plans
The One-Page Starter is $59/mo with a 12-month minimum, or $499 one-time plus a care plan. Care plans are separate monthly services - they are not a way to finance a full build.
You own your domain, your content, and your site files. Quotes are fixed in writing before work starts and valid for 14 days.

Every hosted site sits on a care plan. Plans are month-to-month after any initial term; cancel with 30 days' notice and your site files and content export are handed over. No hostage clauses.

You review one consolidated draft at the content stage and one at design review, against a guided checklist — one structured round at each stage is included in every package. Further rounds or changes of scope are quoted as add-ons before any work happens.

Every build includes the foundation: your site is indexed, submitted to Google, and structured for local search. Ongoing SEO - content, profile posts, reviews - runs through the care plans, because rankings are built over months, not delivered in a box. We never guarantee rankings; anyone who does is selling you something.
